I have undertaken these asanas to the best of my ability.
They are not perfect, but I hope they provide you with an
indication of the level of my practice. Asanas comprise only one of the eight limbs of yoga. The eight limbs of yoga are: -

Niyama self observation Asana posture Pranayama breath control Pratyahara sense withdrawal Dharana concentration Dhyana meditation Samadhi a state of peace and joy |
