This is a gentle, relaxing Hatha Yoga class focusing on health and wellbeing.
It is suitable for all levels including beginners.
10 - 11.00am Wednesdays, at Fovant Village Hall
£5.50 per class if booked by the term, £6.50 drop-in.
A mat will be provided for your first class, after that please supply your own. Alternatively consult the supplies list in the Links section of the website. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing, preferably in layers so that you can adjust it according to your body temperature. At the end of the class there will be a period of relaxation, so please bring blanket for this.
